Most of the drives and devices we have received over the last nine years had no physical defects. The data was not corrupt and ready for retrieval. We believe that most of our customers could have retieved this data themselves, if they only had some guidance. Our view is that data recovery should be free, and we encourage all of our customers that have some tech skills to give it a shot.
